Time alone...

"…there are certain things that you and I will never learn in the presence of other people."
~A.W. Tozer

We are all so busy with the cares of life that many of us never take time to be alone. Silence and solitude are important parts of developing spiritual discipline. Find some time to be alone, to pray, to think, to consider your life. Through prayer and silence, we learn to become more attentive to what God is saying in our world. Five quality minutes alone with God can alter the whole direction of a day. We make time for what we make time for. The time we spend in contemplation is key to our spiritual survival. Take the time to reflect and you will soon see how in tune your life is spiritually.

Have a great weekend!
