Hey everyone!
My name is Will Norrid and welcome to my personal blog. I have a little bit of everything here: Bible study, favorite videos, quotes, prayers and personal reflections.I am a 28-year-old minister living in West Tennessee. I have been here all my life; growing in many ways along the journey. I have traveled far and wide, but my heart is here in the Mid-South.
I am privileged to preach for a small, independent congregation of great, Christ-minded people. Being the minister for a small church has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. We laugh together, share together and cry together.
I have faced a number of health challenges in recent years, but through it all my relationship with God, my family and my congregation have helped me endure. I am grateful to all those who have helped me on this journey.
I love teaching. All my life I planned to be a teacher, and I have been blessed to fulfill my dream. The fact that God led me out of my plans for a secular career and into the role of facilitating the growth of a great body of believers has been truly amazing. My journey with the Lebanon church of Christ (www.loveatlebanon.com) has been one of mutual love and acceptance. These people have seen me at my best and my worst and every place in between. Our church family has grown not only in number but in Spirit and for that I am most thankful.

Some of my favorite things include:
Jesus, Bubble gum, CapriSuns, the voices of Emmylou Harris and Patty Griffin, the beach, Broadway shows, church camp, good writing, used bookstores, back roads, coconut, the St. Louis Cardinals, being home, my younger sister's sarcasm, New York City, autumn and a good romantic comedy.
You'll likely find me talking about these things and more on this blog.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope that everyday you attempt to grow spiritually. Jesus taught His disciples to live their faith. So it is with us.
"Now, go and learn what this means..."
